2024-2025 The Learning Connection Program - Elementary

TLC 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR APPLICATION
The El Segundo Unified School District prides itself in top-quality child care provided through The Learning Connection (TLC). TLC is open to students currently enrolled at the district’s elementary schools. TLC is a fee-based before and after school child care program taught by qualified ESUSD employees who emphasize positive social interactions. We will be in contact with any updates and changes to all applicants.
The program is located on both the Richmond Street and Center Street Elementary School campuses during the school year. Our hours are 6:30 a.m. to 5:55 p.m. Monday through Friday. For additional information, contact Denise Azcuna, Program Director, at dazcuna@esusd.net or (310) 615-2676 Ext. 4243.

2024-2025 TLC@ESMS APPLICATION
The afterschool program is open to students currently enrolled at the district’s middle school. TLC is a fee-based after school child care program taught by qualified ESUSD employees who emphasize positive social interactions. This program is open until 5PM, Monday through Friday. The program follows the school site calendar and closed when the school is closed.
The program is located on the El Segundo Middle School campus during the school year. Our hours are 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday, and 3:00p.m. to 5:00p.m. Tuesday through Friday. SmartCare Billing System
TLC programs use the contactless payment system called SmartCare. Statements, ACH Direct Deposit and credit card payments are all done through SmartCare. There is no fee if you set up auto pay through a bank account. There is a service fee of 2.85% charged to you for each credit card transaction that will be added to the "shopping cart" prior to payment. SmartCare will charge $30 for ACH Checks that are returned due to non-sufficient funds or stopped payment, etc. Let us know if you need the SmartCare access email resent to you.
